Mini Camp at Sports Lab is a 3-day skill-focused training experience designed to show new athletes what we’re all about — and help current athletes continue elevating their game.
Each day combines targeted skill education (stretching, reaction time, and teamwork) with high-energy games that reinforce what’s taught. Whether you're getting your first taste of Sports Lab, advancing your training, or committed to staying part of the 1%, Mini Camp keeps you sharp, competitive, and improving.
