Through movement games, obstacle courses, and beginner-friendly athletic drills, children develop essential skills in a supportive, upbeat environment. Kidletics is open to all skill levels and helps young athletes grow, stay motivated, and discover the joy of movement.

By focusing on technique, coordination, and body awareness, we’re creating a strong foundation for tomorrow’s athletes—while keeping fitness engaging and enjoyable today!

Kidletics is being offered during the summer at BBA! This class is designed to help children develop a strong foundation for athletic success while having fun and staying active. Through age-appropriate skills, developmental exercises, technique training, and body awareness activities, children improve strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. Each session focuses on building confidence, promoting healthy movement patterns, and encouraging teamwork, all in a supportive and engaging environment. Our goal is to give kids the tools they need to excel in any sport or activity, while fostering a love for fitness and an understanding of how their bodies move.
