This high-energy training series is designed to help athletes run faster, move sharper, and compete harder. Each day targets a key element of speed and agility—blending expert coaching with hands-on drills for real results.
Day 1 – Mechanics, Mobility & Core Stability Improve flexibility and joint mobility while learning to build core strength for better control and injury prevention. Learn a simple recovery routine to keep your body performing at its best.
Day 2 – Speed Enhance power and performance with sport-focused strength work, cone drills, and acceleration drills designed to improve explosive starts and quick direction changes.
Day 3 – Agility & Nutrition Sharpen game-speed skills with timed sprints, reaction games, and advanced agility drills, followed by a nutrition session on fueling for energy, stamina, and recovery.
The first class begins at 5 pm for years 11-14.
The second class will begin at 6 pm for years 15-18.
