Overhead Athlete (11-14 years old)

Designed for baseball, softball, volleyball, tennis, swimming, and other overhead athletes, this intensive 3-day program builds the strength, mobility, and performance skills needed to excel while reducing injury risk. Each day focuses on a key pillar of athletic success—combining education, hands-on training, and sport-specific drills.

Day 1 (10/5) – Stretching & Mobility Unlock shoulder and upper-body range of motion, improve flexibility, and learn a quick warm-up and recovery routine to protect against injury.

Day 2 (10/7) – Sport-Specific Strength Develop power, core stability, and sport-focused strength for stronger throws, swings, and strokes.

Day 3 (10/9) – Agility & Nutrition Sharpen reaction time, speed, and footwork, plus learn how to fuel for peak performance and faster recovery.
