Kidletics is where fitness meets fun and young athletes are built! This high-energy youth training class blends speed, agility, balance, and strength work into exciting drills, obstacle courses, and games that keep kids moving and motivated.
Designed for all skill levels, Kidletics focuses on developing athletic fundamentals that translate to any sport or simply to a healthier, more active lifestyle. Each session challenges kids physically while building confidence, teamwork skills, and a love for movement.

Homeschool Fitness is a fun, structured fitness class designed especially for homeschool students to move, connect, and grow—physically and socially. Each session blends age-appropriate workouts, skill-building games, and team activities that help kids develop strength, coordination, balance, and endurance.
Our program is scheduled during the day and offers a safe, welcoming environment where kids can stay active while making friends with other homeschoolers. The activities are designed to complement academic learning by boosting focus, energy, and confidence.
Coach Barker
With over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning, Coach Barker has spent his career helping youth and high school athletes become stronger, faster, and more resilient competitors. Specializing in long-term athletic development, he combines evidence-based training methods with a passion for mentorship to help athletes reach their full potential both on and off the playing field. Known for building programs that emphasize strength, power, agility, and injury prevention, Coach Barker has worked with athletes across multiple sports and competitive levels, preparing them for success at the next stage of their athletic journey.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Avila University and a Master’s in Education with an emphasis in Activities Administration from William Woods University. Outside of Sports Lab, you’ll find him spending time with family and friends or enjoying the outdoors.
Coach Teresa
Odessa native, Teresa has dedicated her life to health, fitness, and athletic achievement. A lifelong athlete, she was actively involved in sports throughout her youth and competed at both the high school and collegiate levels. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from William Jewell College, building the foundation for a life centered around wellness and physical activity. In addition to her personal fitness pursuits, Teresa is the co-owner of Totally Dog, LLC, located in Bates City, Missouri, which was launched in July 2021.
Teresa has been an avid runner since 1993, completing more than 50 marathons and over 75 half marathons. Her love for running has taken her across the United States and to international destinations, fueling both her passion for travel and her commitment to endurance sports.
